Ways to Live to 100: 1 – 10

Here are the first 10 of our centenarians’ 101 ways to reach 100. The first ones, 1-9, are quite weak and I’ll update these over the coming months to properly explore the importance of subjects like religion, a balanced diet and sleep. We hit our stride with no.10, though.
